After the hike topped off by an excellent dinner. At the end of the dinner the waiter came up and informed us we were his last table as he was retiring from his profession and going to his native Guatemala to teach english. It was touching and it was fun to play a small part in his transition. Amy's tip put a smile on his face and he made a point of thanking us.
